The firm is completely independent of any manufacturing, supply or Construction Company and is advise is completely professional and unbiased in any way. Recognizing the tremendous growth in the major development and construction activities, the firm facilities the formation of teams to provide continuous services to the project from start to finish, maintaining the philosophy and integrity of each project. For each major task, a Project Manager is appointed from within the firm. He consults with the client to establish the brief and programme for the work and his duty is to co-ordinate all planning, design, finance and contract matters, including other consultants, until the successful fulfillment of the commission. The client is kept fully informed at regular intervals on cost and programme until the completed project is handed over satisfactorily. Nationally recognized consultants are retained on specialized aspects of a project, for which adequate know-how is not available within the firm. The flexibility of the firm and its systems approach to each project allow Zaheeruddin Consultants (Pvt.) Limited, to mobilize the required skills for projects of any size.
